Let’s say that you want everybody to always call your customers “from the office.” In other words, everybody in the company, even though you are all in different locations, using different phone numbers, can have a caller ID that is your company’s phone #.
How do you that? For this example, let’s say your phone # is 800-555-1212. You or any one of the company employees performs the following:
* Dial 800-555-1212
* At any time, press (*)
* When prompted, enter the password assigned to your extension
* Press #, then 3 to make an outgoing call
* Dial the number you want to call and then press #
The receiving caller will now see your caller ID as your office #. How cool is that?
